Advancing from Medical Laboratory Technician to other job roles requires more experience and expertise. After completing the UDAAN SKILLING & TRAINING course, the student’s career progression starts from being employed as a Laboratory Technician, moving to Hematology Technician and Clinical Biochemistry Technician. Further, a Clinical Biochemistry Technician progresses to become a Microbiology Technician, Chief Laboratory Technician, and then Assistant Clinical Laboratory Manager. From there, he finally takes up the role of a Clinical Laboratory Manager, which is the most superior role within this field.
